What SHIFT is
SHIFT gives young people the chance to pitch ideas that improve wellbeing in Hull. Ten young people will present project ideas to a panel of community leaders. The top three ideas will be selected and supported with funding, mentoring and a safe space to plan and deliver their projects.
Our approach focuses on prevention and building confidence, purpose and skills so young people can make positive choices and become role models in their communities.
-
Leadership, communication, teamwork and practical project planning.
